no longer provides pharmacy benefit services for Health Tradition BadgerCare Plus
members. The Department of Health and Family Services (DHFS) in Wisconsin has consolidated
pharmacy services under fee-for-service beginning February 1, 2008. Providers and
pharmacies can contact the following numbers for prescription assistance:
