History
Health Tradition, formerly Greater La Crosse Health Plans, Inc., was founded in
1986 and currently offers healthcare benefit products to organizations with two
or more employees. Based in Onalaska, Wisc., Health Tradition administers benefits
for more than 40,000 people in our service area. Administrative services for Health
Tradition are provided by MMSI, a regional third party administrator based in Rochester,
Minn. and UCare Minnesota in St. Paul, Minn.

meeting the needs of our clients and members. Our focus on quality medical care,
prevention and wellness, combined with our plan administrative expertise, allows
us to offer programs and services that meet our customers’ specific needs.
